At Halo brooch, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handmade pieces.
Because every item is created with care and attention, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

General Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging;
  • In the same condition as when you received it;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns made without prior approval may not be accepted.

Handmade Silk Products — Non-Returnable

Please note that handmade silk products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Each silk piece is individually handcrafted, and due to the delicate nature and high cost of materials and manual work, we are unable to accept returns once production is completed.

We encourage you to review product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order.
If you have any questions, please contact us — we’re happy to provide additional details or photos to help you decide.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
